Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. We will be happy to investigate and, if the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can look into the issue and take appropriate action.

Submitting a Claim

To report a problem with your order, please contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the item (if applicable). This helps us resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Return Address & Unclaimed Packages

All returns are sent to our fulfillment partner’s facility. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided at checkout, or if it goes unclaimed, it will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for any reshipment costs once we confirm your updated address.

If a return goes unclaimed for 30 days, it may be donated to charity. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and that you retrieve your package in a timely manner.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for sealed items such as face masks or similar health-related products unless they are defective.

Buyer’s Remorse and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse or wrong size selections. If you would like to exchange an item for another size, please contact us. We may offer an exchange at our discretion, and any new order would be placed at your expense.

Customers in Brazil

Customers in Brazil have the right to regret a purchase and request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. To do so, please contact us with a photo of the product. Items must be unused and in their original condition. If the item has been used or damaged, a refund will not be possible.

European Union Customers

For EU residents, please note that personalized or custom-made products and sealed goods unsealed after delivery are not eligible for return under EU consumer protection laws.
